Step three: Launch. Give us a green light, and onboarding for single editors and small teams typically begins within 5-7 working days after the completion of the POC. Larger teams start according to a mutually agreed upon timeline.

Will MSS specialists know how to use our DAM?
Yes. If your DAM specialist has not used your particular digital asset management platform or tools, our managers will organize in-house training to get them up to speed in no time.
How does MSS guarantee login, workflow and documentation security?
We use a number of best in class technology and management best practices to securely enable login and data sharing between you and MSS.
What are MSS' working hours?
8:30am – 4:30pm Monday - Friday, except for national/ federal holidays. Extended work week and weekend hours can be organized on a customized basis.
