  • How can I get started?

Step one. The discovery phase. Contact us and describe what you're hoping to achieve. With more than a decade of experience and 50 million assets under our belts, we've worked through just about every kind of problem imaginable. Step two. Proof of concept. We'll quickly construct a workflow and test it out to ensure that once we go live, everything will turn out just right. Step three. Launch. Give us a green light, and onboarding for single editors and small teams typically begins within 5-7 working days after the completion of the POC. Larger teams start according to a mutually agreed upon timeline.

  • What hours do the editors work?

8:30am – 4:30pm Monday - Friday, except for national/ federal holidays. Extended work week and weekend hours can be organized on a customized basis.

  • How do you guarantee login, workflow and documentation security?

We use a number of best in class technology and management best practices to securely enable login and data sharing between you and MSS.

  • Will my editors know how to use our DAM?

Yes. If your editor has not used your particular digital asset management platform or tools, our managers will organize in-house training to get them up to speed in no time.

  • What kind of industry knowledge do my editors have?

All of our editors are multi-lingual, college graduates and have extensive experience in visual media production or management. Every editor goes through weeks of in-house training before working with our clients. MSS also provides on-going training to ensure our editors are up-to-date on the latest trends in business practices and technology.
